Positive: Location was a quick walk to St. George Historic area and to bus stop. Staff was friendly and helpful. 15 minute walk to the beautiful Tobacco Beach. Make sure to stop by Moongate Brewery just down the hill.

Negative: Some wifi/TV issues on first day but was resolved quickly.

Positive: St. George's Club looked spectacular online, and did not disappoint in person! Very helpful staff (they helped us arrange a late check in via email, and made everything easy for us!

Positive: Very nice and helpful personnel, spacious house, good location, two swimming pools, peaceful and quit surroundings

Negative: The wifi doesn't work at all uptsairs Some drawers were dusty and the terrace with the table and chairs were not cleaned

Positive: We very much liked the view of the harbour from our bedroom and we liked the bedroom- 2 beautiful windows and a very comfortable bed.

Negative: There was no restaurant ( supposed to be under construction) though the description of the hotel said there were two- so no food!! There was a kitchen but insufficient dishes though we didn't need anyway.

Summary: Great view and great we got an early checkin

Positive: The property was lovely, location was perfect for being with family of all ages. There was something for everyone.

Negative: I felt we paid a lot for our accommodation. The refrigerator leaked the whole time while we were there. I had a towel under the refrigerator door as the seal did not work properly. I called the front desk mid-week to ask for room service as stated upon arrival. The front desk never got back with time or day they would come. I had to flag service employees as they drove past to inquire about villa needs. I don't feel they were staffed well as one front desk employee told me one day there was 1 employee for the villas, and I would need to wait for my supplies ( ie. Toilet paper, towels, ect) Upon departure, they were very insistent we leave at departure, and communication was straight to the point, and calls were made to assure we were out. We left the villa clean with the dishwasher running and towels and linen in piles for easy pick up. I would love to revisit St George again, hoping prices reflect services.
